Return / Refund Policy: No returns without preapproval from publisher. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of such material.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the following items these purchases are non-refundable:

• DVDs are non-refundable unless unopened or defective. DVDs will be replaced with a new DVD of the same title.
• Book with signs of use.
• Digital downloads or digital files (emailed documents).
• Telephone consultation services.
• Any item purchased 30 or more days previously.
